SUPP Public Complaints Bureau (SUPP PCB) Chief, Wilfred Yap was recently approached by the business community of Kota Sentosa Commercial area during his regular “turun padang” activity to the area.
The business community trading opposite the old 7th Mile Bazaar Market had complained that the direction of road signs had been painted in the opposite direction and the parking lines have been wrong painted parallel instead of slanting as was the case before resurfacing works was carried out.
Following the request for assistance received, Wilfred Yap had gone to inspect and assess the situation and also to see what can be done to resolve the problem. The matter was immediately highlighted and brought up to the attention of Majlis Perbandaran Padawan (MPP) and the contractor of MPP awarded the resurfacing and road painting works.
SUPP PCB Chief, Wilfred Yap have now been informed by MPP and Contractor that the repainting works have been completed to the satisfaction of the complainants.
SUPP PCB Chief, Wilfred Yap will continue to follow up and monitor the resurfacing and repainting works at Kota Sentosa Commercial area until all the works are completed by the contractor to the satisfaction of all parties.
