On a note of advice, SUPP Public Complaints Bureau hopes that the public will stop to think about what impact their actions will have on others. Being responsible and considerate is the key to making sure our actions will not cause a nuisance/problem to others. The key is not to do things which you do not expect others to do. This will go a long way towards reducing unhappiness and potential disputes among residents living in a neighbourhood and also allow the enforcement staff of the relevant authorities concerned to concentrate on more serious breaches of by-laws and regulations.
SUPP Public Complaints Bureau is always ready to highlight issue of public interest and lend a helping hand to the anyone facing problems with Government Departments or Agencies or who come across problems of public interest but does not know how to deal with it. Anyone requiring assistance can always call SUPP Public Complaint’s mobile number at 016-7797688 or 082-246999 or go direct to SUPP Head Office to request for assistance.
