People’s life is more important.
Concerning to the recent statement issued by YB Chong on the insufficient of car park at Sarawak General Hospital, SUPP public complaint bureau chief Wilfred Yap would like Chong to get his priority right:
1. Without the improvement of healthcare facilities at SGH, people’s life will be at stake as there would be long waiting list for patient seeking treatment, and therefore the need for more operation theaters and hospital beds is more pertinent and should be the first priority.
2. SUPP would like to thank YB Chong for highlighting to the public that the drastic improvement of healthcare facilities is forthcoming through the effort of YB Dr Sim in securing the funds from the Federal Government.
3. Due to the improvement of healthcare facilities at SGH, there is now insufficient car park as more people are now seeking treatment at SGH.
4. Following this, YB Dr Sim has also secured funding to solve the problem of insufficient car park at SGH.
5. SUPP PCB chief Wilfred Yap would like YB Chong to do his homework and set his priority right before criticizing YB Dr Sim who has been working very hard to secure funding to solve the people’s issues not only at SGH but also on many other matters concerning the public welfare & interest as a whole.
6. Instead of seeking cheap publicity through criticizing YB Dr Sim, as a MP of Bandaraya Kuching and ADUN of Kota Sentosa, YB Chong should look for funds to solve the public problems and should not be “NATO “.
