Datuk Seri Michael Chong, the MCA Head of Public Services and Complaints Department was recently invited by SUPP Public Complaints Bureau to give a motivation talk and presentation to SUPP members from all over Sarawak to promote new talent in his field of service to the needy.
During the talk, Datuk Seri Michael Chong was able to share with SUPP members on his experiences gained through his 28 years of providing service and assistance to the people in need. Datuk Seri Chong shared with SUPP members that although the MCA Public Services and Complaints Department receives a substantial number of cases every day, he believes in the personal touch and tries to meet with each complainant to give his advice.
Datuk Seri Chong explained that teamwork inspires him to push forward, not forgetting the media, MCA and the public who have helped him in every way, including donations for the needy and less fortunate as well as providing information on cases.
Datuk Seri Chong’s advice was that it is important for SUPP members to connect with the public because people won’t hear SUPP until they know SUPP.
